The Willoughby Historical Museum
opened its doors in 1968. The original one floor of displays has now grown
to an overflowing two floors of exhibits. Artifacts from the late 1700s
-- the earliest days of pioneer settlement -- up until ones as recent as
the 1960s, are here to be enjoyed and reminisced. Treasures of the past
are collected, preserved, researched, interpreted and exhibited for a learning
experience enjoyable for both young and old.
The museum is a former one-room red
brick schoolhouse
at the intersection of Weaver
Road and the Niagara Parkway, three
miles south of Chippawa, Ontario.

Hours are from 12 p.m. - 5 p.m.
Doors are open:
weekends from Victoria Day to June 30th, daily in July and August, and on weekends from Labour Day to Thanksgiving.
Appointments for tours or research can be made throughout the year.
A nominal donation will spark a piece
of nostalgia. . .
. . . and help us conserve and restore
pieces of our heritage.
