HIKE AT A SLOWER PACE WITH THE LEISURE GROUP: Hike at a slower pace with Bill Lidkea, Elsie Koop, Ron Massey, Herb Patton, Jim or Bud Walsh. Meet at the location of the Scheduled Wednesday 9.00 am hikes or the Sunday 9.00 am hike.

WEEKLY HIKES: Tuesday 9.00 am Meet at the Pelham rd. parking lot of Shorthills Provincial Park, Weather permitting, hike with Maria Batcules, Peter Stephani or Mike Featherstone. Could be muddy. Boots, Water. 1.5 to 2.00 Hours. Thursday 9.00 am Meet on Glen Rd. (21st Str.) off 19th Str. Roadside parking lot where the trail crosses Glen Rd.

Hike pacing: Slow , 3km/hr or less; Medium, 3- 4.5 km/hr; Fast over 4.5 km/hr.
Terrain: Easy, Moderate, Strenuous.
