 - Shipping and handling charges are extra and are based on the following

  ** U.S. AND CANADIAN CUSTOMERS
    * Please note a Money Order or Cashier's Check is the best method of
      payment. Personal checks must clear first before shipping and therefore
      could delay the delivery.
    * Canadian orders please pay in Canadian dollar.

 - Warranty : Fifteen (15) days. Commercial Software will be replaced free
              of charge ONLY if defective due to manufacturing process.
 - Videos , Software and CD's are NOT SUBJECT TO PREVIEW.
 - Returned merchandise policy.
   Normally all sales are final.
   On some rare occasion we will accept a returned merchandise , however :
    1) Returned merchandise must be unopened and in original condition.
    2) A Return Authorization Number (RAN) must be obtained prior to
       shipping.
    3) Shipment must be prepaid.
    4) A restocking fee of 35 % will be deducted.

 - On very rare occasion , some programs in our catalogue are Shareware.
   We do not sell these programs , we charge only for our copy service , time
   materials (number of diskettes used in the program) and expenses incurred.
   In no way , are these charges connected with the programs on the disk.
   Shareware programs require separate payment to authors if found useful.

   Shareware programs are copied as is , no warranty can be expressed or
   implied as to the contents or workability of the programs.
   If any disk fails when received return within 10 days and it will be
   replaced. In no case will Echoscan Inc be liable to damage , including but
   not limited to , lost profits , lost savings or other incidental or
   consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use such
   software.
