LINEAR TRANSIENT AND AC CIRCUIT ANALYSIS (IBM & compatibles) CAT.# 151-
D01-36
TACAP is essentially an expanded combination of ACAP and LINCAP (see
descriptions elsewhere), but with several additional features:
* Performs AC response calculations giving both time and frequency domain
results.
* Inputs can be user-defined repeating waveforms or signals (up to 8,000
points) from a data file.
* Both defined inputs and outputs may be saved and recalled.
* Uses high-resolution graphics to display calculated response (time
domain, or amplitude and phase).
* Input and output signals may be shown on the same graph.
* Net list is sorted and displayed according to component type (for
wire-wrapping?).
* Output from one circuit can be saved on disk and used as input to
another.
* Sixty-three node capability with 640K of RAM; no limit on chaining of
circuits through input/output data files.
* And more.
After reading the ACAP, LINCAP, and above features lists, it is clear that
TACAP is indeed a very powerful circuit-analysis tool!
TACAP requires MS DOS 2.0 or higher and CCA, EGA, or IBM/Epson (or
compatible) printer.
