VISUAL STRESS & STRAIN (IBM , MAC or Apple II) CAT.# 00-K01-00

  This is a set of two (2) programs that solve 2 and 3-dimensional combined
  stress problems with a plot of stress elements and Mohr's Circle.

  In the 2D case a 2D stress element appears on the screen. Specify stress
  components acting on the element's face then enter the new element angle.
  Program draws element in new orientation and gives new stresses , principal
  stresses and angle of max shear. Mohr's Circle is drawn beside the element.

  In the 3D case a 3D stress cube appears on the screen. Enter stresses acting
  on the element's faces and new element angles. Element is drawn in new
  orientation with stresses to scale. Program gives principal stresses ,
  principal axes and max. shear.

  Manual contains review of the theory plus sample problems.
  Disk contains BASIC source code.
