POLICIES
Properties are privately owned. Management reserves the right to
refuse service to anyone. We will not be responsible to anyone
experiencing an accident or injury or the loss of money, jewellery or
valuables of any kind.
Niagara Bed & Breakfast Reservation Service acts as a 3rd party to book the reservations
for guests. After the reservation is completed, the contract is between the listing
property and the guest.

ARRIVALS
Please let your host know of your expected arrival time and if you
experience any difficulty and the time varies, please inform your host
of the time change.

PAYMENT
A 30% deposit is required for confirmation. A cheque is permitted
providing there is time for the bank clearance. A visa # can also be
used to confirm your reservation.

CANCELLATION
When we have done what you requested and it has been confirmed as
complete, a charge of $20. Canadian is retained by Niagara Bed & Breakfast Service.
Should you need to cancel your reservation the following rules will apply:
- 14 days notice of cancellation from first day of reservation for a full refund
with no charges being applied except a $20 cancellation fee.
- cancellations must be made through the booking office and may be made by phone, fax or
mail. Ask for your cancellation number when you call.
- cancellations received by mail must be received no less than fourteen (14) days before the
reservation date.
- less than fourteen (14) days notice will result in full charges to your credit card for the
number of room(s) and days reserved.
- if making reservations within fourteen (14) days of reservations -- please
make sure you are certain of your plans as cancellation will also result in full charges
to your credit card for the number of room(s) and days reserved.
- we will always do our best to rebook the rooms that are cancelled and if we manage to
accomplish this than only the $20 cancellation fee will be applied.

LARGE CONVENTIONS AND TOURS
Booking must be done early due to the limited space at certain times of the
year and certain accommodation requirements. Full payment must
be made two full weeks prior to arrival date. There will be
no refund for cancellation or shortened stays after the final
payment has been made.
